2004/05 Price,
$3,420 per person (4 person minimum)
There
are 6 openings available on this expedition. Client/Guide ratio
will not exceed 3/1.
A 40% deposit (US$1,368) must be received 90 days prior to departure
date. Balance ($2,052) is due 30 days prior to departure.
Groups of 4 or more can re-schedule this departure (with full
payment 90 days prior to departure) to dates of your choice, at
no additional cost.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Professional, bi-lingual Mountain guides (3-1 maximum ratio)
Mendoza one night Hotel, double occupancy with
breakfast
Penitentes two Hotel nights, double occupancy with breakfast
Dinners
(3) in Mendoza and Pennitentes
Private
land transportation, including airport pick-up and drop-off
Aconcagua climbing permit fee
Mule service
(30Kg Personal gear) to and from Base Camps
All meals, snacks, and beverages during the expedition
All group equipment (tents, cooking gear, ropes and protection)
Expedition medical kit, emergency Oxygen cylinder, and hyperbaric
chamber
Two-way radio communications
Satellite telephone at Base Camp (on a per-minute payment basis)

Domestic and International airfares
Visa fees and Airport taxes
Excess baggage charges on flights
Lunches in Mendoza and Pennitentes

OUR
REFUND POLICY:
Refund
requests must be submitted in writing. Requests received
90 days prior to departure date will be refunded in full, less
a $50 service charge. Requests received 30 days prior to
departure date will be refunded %60 of the total trip cost.
No refunds can be given within 10 days of departure.
