2007 Price,
$3,600 per person (3 person minimum)
There
are 6 openings available on each of these expeditions. Client/Guide
ratio will not exceed 3/1.
A 40% deposit (US$1,440) must be received 90 days prior to departure
date. Balance (US$2,160) is due 30 days prior to departure.
Groups of 3 or more can re-schedule this departure (with full
payment 90 days prior to departure) to dates of your choice, at
no additional cost.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Professional, bi-lingual Mountain guides (3-1 maximum ratio)
Mendoza (2) Hotel nights, double occupancy
with breakfast
Penitentes (2) Hotel nights, double occupancy with breakfast
Dinners
(2) in Pennitentes
Private
land transportation, including airport pick-up
Mule service (30Kg Personal gear) to and from Base Camps
All meals, snacks, and beverages during the expedition
All group equipment (tents, cooking gear, ropes)
Expedition medical kit, emergency Oxygen cylinder, and hyperbaric
chamber
Two-way radio communications
Satellite telephone at Base Camp (on a per-minute payment basis)

Domestic and International airfares
Visa fees and Airport taxes
Excess baggage charges on flights
Aconcagua climbing permit fee
Lunches
in Mendoza and Pennitentes
Bar bills and laundry
Travel and Rescue Insurance

OUR
REFUND POLICY:
Refund
requests must be submitted in writing. Requests received
90 days prior to departure date will be refunded in full, less
a $50 service charge. Requests received 30 days prior to
departure date will be refunded %60 of the total trip cost.
No refunds can be given within 10 days of departure.
We reserve
the right to cancel, shorten, or modify any course or expedition
due to low enrollment. We will NEVER cancel a course or
expedition within 60 days of departure, and full refunds will
be awarded in these instances.
We strongly
urge all participants to include cancellation coverage in their
travel insurance policy!
