2005/06 Price:
$2880 per person (3 person minimum)
There
are 6 openings available on this expedition. Client/Guide ratio
will not exceed 3/1.
A 40% deposit (US$1,152) must be received 90 days prior to departure
date. Balance ($1,728) is due 30 days prior to departure.
Groups of 3 or more can re-schedule this departure (with full
payment 90 days prior to departure) to dates of your choice, at
no additional cost.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Professional, bi-lingual Mountain guides (3-1 maximum ratio)
Seven nights Hotel, double occupancy with breakfast
Ojos del Salado permit including Difrol
Private land
transportation, including airport pick-up and drop-off
All meals, snacks, and beverages during the expedition
All group equipment (tents, cooking gear, ropes and protection)
Expedition medical kit, emergency Oxygen cylinder, and hyperbaric
chamber
Two-way radio communications
Satellite telephone at Base Camp (on a per-minute payment basis)
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Domestic and International airfares
Visa fees and Airport taxes
Excess baggage charges on flights
Lunches and dinners in San Pedro and Bahia Inlgesa
Bar bills and laundry
Travel and Rescue Insurance
Any costs involved in an early departure
Personal equipment
as per attached gear list
Tips and gratuities
Any
other service not mentioned above...
OUR
REFUND POLICY:
Refund requests
must be submitted in writing. Requests received 90 days
prior to departure date will be refunded in full, less a $50 service
charge. Requests received 30 days prior to departure date
will be refunded %60 of the total trip cost. No refunds
can be given within 10 days of departure.
We reserve
the right to cancel, shorten, or modify any course or expedition
due to low enrollment. We will NEVER cancel a course or
expedition within 60 days of departure, and full refunds will
be awarded in these instances.
We strongly
urge all participants to include cancellation coverage in their
travel insurance policy!
