2006 Price: $1,690 per person
(4 person minimum)
There
are 8 openings available on this trek. Trekker/Guide ratio will
not exceed 4/1.
A 40% deposit (US$676) must be received 90 days prior to departure
date. Balance ($1,014) is due 30 days prior to departure.
Groups of 4 or more can re-schedule this departure (with full
payment 90 days prior to departure) to dates of your choice, at
no additional cost.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Professional, bi-lingual Trekking guides (4-1
maximum ratio)
Camp
staff, arrieros, cook, and guardian
Hotel lodging (3) nights in Huaraz, Chiquian, and Mina Raura
Dinners
(3) in Huaraz, Chiquian, and Mina Raura
Private
land transportation , including airport pick-up and drop-off
Mule
service (20 Kg Personal gear) during the trek
All meals, snacks, and beverages during the expedition
All group equipment (tents, cooking gear, ropes and protection)
Satellite
telephone (on a per-minute payment basis)

OUR
REFUND POLICY:
Refund requests
must be submitted in writing. Requests received 90 days
prior to departure date will be refunded in full, less a $50 service
charge. Requests received 30 days prior to departure date
will be refunded %60 of the total trip cost. No refunds
can be given within 10 days of departure.
We reserve
the right to cancel, shorten, or modify any course or expedition
due to low enrollment. We will NEVER cancel a course or
expedition within 60 days of departure, and full refunds will
be awarded in these instances.
We strongly
urge all participants to include cancellation coverage in their
travel insurance policy!
